  Jennifer was awesome , I lost my Kasper in 2020 and this place make my pain better , I felt my Kasper was in the right hands, she was so compassionate and understood my pain , she confort me with her words

  Jennifer is amazing. Her compassion for her clients as they experience the loss of a best friend is beyond words. I've used her service on more than one occasion, and I know with the next, I will be a return current again. Its nice to have someone to take care of this kind of thing for you and all the details when all you want to do is cry. Thank you, Jennifer. I appreciate all your help.

  When Daisey passed in my arms, I was destitute. Jen offered more than her condolences, she offered her friendship and caring. She had been referred to me by Byron as they could not get to me in a timely fashion. Jen was there with her heart in her hand, feeling the sorrow I did and showing her thoughtfulness and consideration in the most caring manner. These people are truly a gift from God when a situation as this arises. My heartfelt thanks for their professional and caring manner.

  this was our third visit to A rainbow Crossing.
  The staff could not be nicer.
  I feel my pets had the best treatment here.
  The bag you leave with helps the healing process as well.

  On July 25, 2016, I lost my 12 year old boxer Jessie. He was my first dog and I was totally heartbroken when he passed. In the 12 years I had Jessie as a companion, I only spent 3 nights away from him. The day he crossed the Rainbow Bridge, Jennifer and her amazing staff at the Rainbow Crossing, greeted Jessie and I in the parking lot. They also went above and beyond to make sure that I had his remains back within hours. The compassion and kindness this staff showed made one of the worst day's of my life bearable.

  I have been trying to find the words to express my gratitude to Jennifer and A Rainbow Crossing for their wonderful treatment of our little girl, Beanie. I got the feeling from Jennifer that her business was less about the profit line and more about providing a service to people whose hearts are breaking from the loss of their furbaby. When we brought Beanie to A.R.C. we were shown the utmost compassion and were allowed much time to say our farewells. Picking up her ashes a few days later, I met a lovely couple picking up their little one as well and we were given time and space to sit and talk and reminisce. Thank you Jennifer for allowing that "therapy" to happen without rushing us out the door. You are a wonderful person and I will promote your business to everyone with four-legged children...
